Senior Business Development Manager – Software & Technology Services

London | Remote | UK

Capaciteam is looking for an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager to help drive our continued growth, with a particular focus on the Irish market. We’re looking for a proven new-business hunter with an established network in the technology sector and a track record of personally winning significant new clients. This is not a sales management or traditional account-management role. We want someone who still loves opening doors, developing senior relationships and closing new business.

About Capaciteam:

Capaciteam is a growing technology company headquartered in Dublin with a major engineering hub in Belgrade. We help organisations build, modernise and scale technology through software and product development, dedicated engineering teams, AI & Machine Learning, cloud, data, technology consulting and IT staff augmentation.

The Role:

You’ll take ownership of generating new business, primarily across Ireland, while also developing opportunities in the UK.

  • Working directly with our CEO, CTO and technical teams
  • Identify target organisations
  • Open senior-level conversations
  • Understand their technology challenges
  • Turn opportunities into long-term client relationships

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
