About ConnectAd

ConnectAd is a European, independent Supply-Side Platform built for efficiency, transparency, and long-term value creation. As a boutique challenger in the programmatic ecosystem, we focus on delivering high-quality supply and maximising revenue for our publisher partners — without unnecessary complexity or excessive take rates. We work closely with publishers, agencies, advertisers, and technology partners to build efficient programmatic marketplaces that prioritise performance, transparency, and sustainable growth.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Supply Business Development Manager to accelerate ConnectAd's publisher-side growth in the UK market.

This is a senior, supply-focused commercial role centred on identifying, acquiring, and growing premium publishing partnerships. You will drive new business development with media owners and publishers across the UK, while also deepening and expanding ConnectAd's existing publisher relationships to maximise monetisation and long-term partnership value.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard premium UK publishers and media owners into the ConnectAd platform.
  • Build and execute a supply-acquisition strategy targeting high-quality, monetisation-ready inventory across formats and verticals.
  • Own and grow relationships with existing publisher partners, identifying opportunities to expand inventory, formats, and revenue.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to publishers on yield strategy, demand activation, and platform integration.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high service levels, and strong partnership satisfaction for newly acquired publishers.
  • Collaborate with account management, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful partner activation.
  • Represent ConnectAd at industry events, publisher meetings, and senior stakeholder discussions in the UK.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to inform ConnectAd's supply strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
