Fynd UK New Business Sales Role
Fynd is an AI native unified commerce platform, backed by Reliance. Since 2012 we have helped retailers and brands run their online and in store commerce on one platform, from storefronts and order management to store operations, fulfilment and AI for retail. Today more than 2,300 brands use Fynd across multiple countries.
We launched Fynd UK in January 2026 and are already working with established UK retailers and a growing network of systems integrators and partners. We are now building our London team, and this role sits at the centre of that growth.
About the Role
This is a new business role for someone who likes to hunt. You will open doors with UK retailers, brands and distributors, build your own pipeline and take opportunities through to signature, working alongside the Director of Growth on our largest accounts. You will have real influence over how Fynd grows in the UK, and direct access to our founding team.
Location: London. In the office at least three days a week, with regular travel across the UK and occasional travel to Europe and India
Permanent, full-time role
Reports to: Director of Growth, UK
What You Will Do
- Build and own a pipeline of new business with UK mid market and enterprise retailers, brands and distributors, from first contact through to signed contract.
- Run a consistent outbound programme of cold calling, personalised email and LinkedIn outreach to reach Heads of Ecommerce, Digital, Supply Chain, Operations and IT, as well as CIOs, COOs and CDOs.
- Represent Fynd at retail and commerce events across the UK and Europe, and turn conversations on the stand and in the room into qualified meetings.
- Run discovery that uncovers how a prospect's ecommerce, ERP, order management and supply chain systems fit together, and position Fynd where it adds clear value.
- Work with presales, solution and delivery colleagues in the UK and India to shape demos, proposals and commercial offers.
- Build relationships with systems integrators, ERP partners and agencies to create partner sourced opportunities.
- Keep HubSpot accurate and current, and forecast your pipeline with honesty and rigour.
- Share what you hear from the market with our product and marketing teams to sharpen our UK proposition.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
