Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right โ€” and where to focus when applying.

About The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, sales professional who wants to build a real career in sales, not just hit a quota. We want someone who picks up the phone without hesitation and runs a sharp discovery that creates genuine value for prospects and your AEs. You'll drive smart, targeted outbound into mid-market and enterprise hospitality brands. As you grow, you'll take on full SMB cycles too, owning the deal from first touch to signing contract. This is a place where people are built into great sellers.

๐ŸŽฏ What You Will Do

  • Control outbound with intent:
    • Work from pre-built, qualified lead lists and prioritise personalised outreach over volume.
    • Run multi-channel plays across phone, email, and LinkedIn with clear hypotheses.
    • Lead value-driven discovery to map pains and stakeholders.

๐Ÿ™Œ You'll thrive here if you

  • Have prior commercial experience (3-4 years).
  • Call calls are your specialty.
  • Discovery-first mindset: smart questions, active listening, clear value.
  • Fast and fearless on the phone: first to respond, first to win.
  • Owner mentality: structured, coachable, resilient, positive.

  • You'll work with people who've built, scaled, and won. Ex-founders, operators, all here because they want to do it again, bigger.
  • The good stuff too. Prime office location, team lunches, Friday bars, padel tournaments, wine tastings, offsites, top-tier equipment, and a fridge that's always stocked. We work hard and celebrate harder.

๐Ÿ™Œ Ready to roll? Curious, competitive, kind? Apply, even if you donโ€™t tick every box. Attitude and growth mindset matter. Letโ€™s build the future of frontline work together.
