What We Need
We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help fuel growth across our EMEA region. In this role, you'll qualify inbound leads, proactively source new opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, and set up meetings between prospective clients and our EMEA Account Executives. The ideal candidate brings 1-3 years of BDR/inside sales experience in IT or software, is comfortable with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce and Salesloft, and has a genuine appetite for hitting and exceeding goals.
What You'll Do
- You will qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities for our EMEA Region
- Liaise with our marketing team to craft messaging that will resonate with our target audience
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and EMEA Account Executives
- Report to the Sr. Manager of Global Business Development on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Additional responsibilities as assigned

What You Bring
- 1-3 years of Business Development/Inside Sales experience in an IT/Software environment
- Excellent communications and time management skills
- An awareness for metrics and an appetite for setting and achieving goals
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role
- Experience supporting multiple regions across EMEA
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), business or sales development software such (e.g. Salesloft or Outreach.io)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations

What We Offer
Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.
For this role, the estimated OTE is £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
