Are you a commercially driven B2B sales professional who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, and building relationships from scratch?
Join a disruptive Tech for Good business helping organisations improve productivity, focus, and employee performance. Following strong early success, the company is now expanding across the UK corporate market.
Having already secured partnerships with leading institutions internationally, the business is now looking for an ambitious Senior Business Development Representative to support its next phase of growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on outbound business development role focused on generating new opportunities and building pipeline across the UK corporate market.
Working closely with the founders, you'll identify prospects, secure meetings, refine messaging, and help shape the company's growth strategy.
This is not a role where leads are handed to you. Success will come through proactive outreach, relationship building, and a willingness to pick up the phone.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
