Job Description
You will lead Nory’s outbound engine, generating high-quality pipeline for a category-defining AI platform. By targeting major hospitality groups and navigating complex decision-making units, you will own the top-of-funnel strategy. This high-impact role offers the autonomy to craft creative outreach and directly influence the revenue trajectory of a fast-growing Series B scale-up.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end outbound sales motion, using cold calls, LinkedIn, and creative multi-channel outreach to generate a high-quality meeting pipeline.
- Conduct strategic account research to identify key decision-makers within major restaurant groups and deliver highly personalized, value-led messaging that resonates.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to iterate on go-to-market strategies and refine Nory's outbound messaging based on market feedback.
The ideal candidate
- Has 2–3 years of proven experience in outbound B2B sales at a high-growth startup or comes from a deep hospitality operations background with sales exposure.
- Demonstrates a track record of consistently exceeding pipeline targets and a hunger to transition into a future Account Executive or leadership role.
- Possesses exceptional communication skills and a curious, testing-oriented mindset to iterate on outreach strategies rather than relying on standard sales templates.
