Senior Business Development Representative (DACH)
Remote (UK or Europe) | Enterprise Cybersecurity | German Required
Are you a German-speaking Business Development Representative with a passion for enterprise sales and cybersecurity?
We're partnering with one of Europe's fastest-growing cybersecurity technology companies to recruit a Senior Business Development Representative to drive growth across the DACH region. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team working with some of the world's largest organisations, helping security leaders solve real-world cyber challenges through an award-winning SaaS platform.
The Role
As a Senior Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging enterprise prospects across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Working closely with experienced Account Executives and Marketing, you'll generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, consultative discovery and targeted account engagement.
This is far more than a traditional SDR role. You'll become a trusted first point of contact for senior IT and cybersecurity decision-makers, helping build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities while developing your enterprise sales career within a fast-growing international business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage enterprise prospects across the DACH region.
- Conduct research to understand target accounts and buying personas.
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Qualify opportunities through structured discovery conversations.
- Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing on targeted outbound campaigns.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
- Represent the business professionally across every customer interaction.
What We're Looking For
- German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales or Enterprise Sales.
- Proven outbound prospecting experience including cold calling, email and LinkedIn.
- Experience selling into the German/DACH market.
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders including IT and business decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Highly organised, proactive and self-motivated.
- A genuine interest in technology or cybersecurity.

Highly Desirable
- Cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS experience.
- Experience selling to CISOs, IT Directors or Security teams.
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Sandler or similar sales methodologies.
- Experience within a high-growth technology company.
