OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a commercially driven, ambitious individual to own new business growth and shape brand partnerships across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors. You’ll represent UNiDAYS to global and emerging brands, helping them engage Gen Z audiences through our verification-enabled platform.
This is an individual contributor role with ownership of your pipeline from prospecting to closing, working cross-functionally to create compelling strategies and drive revenue in the UK, Europe, and ANZ.
RESPONSIBILITIES: What we need you to do
- Drive new business acquisition: Own and grow a pipeline of high-potential brand prospects across key verticals (e.g. fashion, beauty, health & fitness), converting them into long-term strategic partners.
- Deliver revenue growth: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through solution-led, consultative selling.
- Own the outreach: Drive outbound prospecting, craft and deliver pitches, develop proposals, and hand over opportunities to senior team members for negotiation and onboarding. Manage and maintain your pipeline to ensure smooth deal progression.
- Leverage data to optimise performance: Use Salesforce and internal dashboards to drive pipeline efficiency, track key performance metrics, and continuously improve conversion ratios.
- Build strong partner relationships: Establish trust with senior stakeholders (Brand, Performance, Growth, eCommerce, and Media teams) and communicate the value of UNiDAYS’ Gen Z reach and verification capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with category leads, marketing, product, and insights teams to tailor partner strategies and accelerate deal velocity.
- Champion market insights: Feed structured feedback into product and commercial teams to influence strategy, pricing, and positioning.
- Represent UNiDAYS externally: Attend key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build awareness and elevate our profile.
Profile & Experience
We’re looking for a very ambitious, dynamic, and driven individual with 4–5 years’ experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or a related commercial environment, with a proven track record of solution-focused selling.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
