Our Culture – A Snapshot
Transparency
We believe in open leadership. We share openly about finances, strategy, and the decisions we make — often making those decisions together.
Growth
If you want to grow quickly, you can and will at Sonder. You’ll be joining a growing company with the opportunity to grow alongside it. This role comes with real ownership from day one and, as we scale, the potential to take on greater commercial responsibility, build and lead your own sales team, and play a meaningful role in shaping Sonder’s wider growth strategy.
Team Spirit
Everyone at Sonder has a seat at the table and a voice that’s heard. We hold each other accountable, support one another, and ultimately win — and lose — together.
Flexibility
We trust our people to manage their time in a way that works best for them. We focus on output, not presenteeism — giving you the freedom to do your best work, wherever you are.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience
We’re looking for someone with 2–3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally within professional services, consulting, agencies or another high-value, considered B2B sale.
You should have experience running outbound campaigns across multiple channels and be comfortable owning the process from prospecting, targeting and messaging through to execution, testing, optimisation and appointment setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify the right companies and decision-makers within our target markets, building high-quality prospect lists for outbound campaigns.
- Multi-channel outbound: Own outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, cold email and cold calling, running multiple campaigns simultaneously across different audiences and propositions.
- LinkedIn: Build and manage campaigns using connection requests, post-connection messaging, InMail and Open Profile messaging.
- Cold email: Manage campaigns end to end, including sequencing, domain and inbox setup, warm-up, deliverability and optimisation.
- Cold calling: Run consistent calling campaigns at meaningful volume, developing and refining scripts based on conversations and performance.
- Messaging: Write persuasive outbound copy, sequences and call scripts tailored to different audiences, industries and propositions, and confidently handle objections across written and verbal conversations.
- Testing & optimisation: A/B test targeting, messaging, sequences, scripts and channel combinations. Track channel-specific performance and continually adapt campaigns based on the data.
- Appointment setting: Qualify interested prospects and book meetings directly into the relevant team member’s calendar, maintaining accurate prospect and pipeline data within our CRM.

Key Qualities
- Commercial: You understand that activity is a means to an end. The goal is qualified sales opportunities.
- Analytical: You use data to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and what to change next.
- Confident: You’re comfortable communicating with CEOs, founders and senior business leaders.
- A strong communicator: You can write compelling outbound copy and hold a natural, intelligent conversation on the phone.
- Technically capable: You’re comfortable with modern outbound technology, including CRMs, prospecting databases, email sequencing and deliverability tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and calling platforms.
- Proactive: You identify opportunities and problems, suggest solutions and take ownership of results.
- All-in: Someone who wants to grow with the company, succeed together, and not just “do a job.”
What Success Looks Like
Your primary measure of success will be qualified sales meetings generated and attended.
We’ll also track the metrics behind those meetings across LinkedIn, email and calling, including activity levels, deliverability, response rates, call performance, and conversion rates, to continually improve our targeting, messaging, and campaigns.
Practical Expectations
- Role is full-time (5 days / 40 hours per week).
- Flexible working hours and location — we care about output, not where or when you log in.
- This role is offered on a self-employed contractor basis. We provide full setup guidance and ongoing support to ensure a smooth working relationship.
