About Ace Waves
Customer service is being rebuilt from the ground up with the arrival of the latest AI tech. At Ace Waves, we're building an AI agents platform that handles real customer conversations end-to-end, across chat, email and voice, for leading consumer brands.
With boots on the ground in the UK, US and Europe, Ace Waves is a fast-growing startup with strong funding and a growing customer base across Europe.
The Mission
The GTM team is the engine behind our global expansion. Positioned at the intersection of Product, AI Automation, and Sales, we don't just market a tool we build repeatable revenue engines and define how Agentic AI transforms enterprise outreach.
The Leadership
You'll be joining a team led by serial entrepreneurs Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis. This is their second major venture together, following the successful acquisition of their previous scale-up, SearchNode, in 2022.
The Opportunity
Central and Eastern Europe is home to some of the fastest-growing consumer brands, e-commerce players and digital service companies in Europe, and customers here expect to be served in their own language.
About the role
As one of the first BDR dedicated to Poland, the Baltics and wider CEE, you'll partner directly with our Regional Manager & Senior Account Executive to build the pipeline from scratch.
You'll shape how Ace Waves enters each market: which accounts we go after, what messaging lands, and which channels work. This is a ground-floor role in a founder-led GTM culture, with real autonomy and a direct line to leadership.
Teams Purpose

What You'll Do
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and wider CEE – research, identify and engage the accounts that matter most

- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and book qualified meetings for the regional Account Executive
- Map the regional landscape: key brands, BPOs, contact-centre leaders, local competitors, industry events and communities
- Use AI-driven tools to research, personalise at scale and keep a clean, well-documented pipeline
- Feed market insight back to the wider GTM team to shape localised messaging, playbooks and campaigns
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
