Senior BDR | £60k base / £80k OTE | UK (Hybrid)

We’re working with a fast-growing, acquisitive technology and managed services group that partners with a market-leading Customer Experience/contact-centre platform. They've built a strong reputation in their space and are backed by serious brand credibility in the CX and AI world.

Why this role?

  • Join a business backed by one of the biggest names in Customer Experience tech, selling a platform that genuinely leads its category
  • Enterprise pipeline, this isn’t a volume play. Strategic business development selling multi-6-figure contracts and above is the experience required
  • A mature marketing engine (events, campaigns, thought leadership) feeds you warm opportunities alongside your own outbound, so you're not starting from zero every day
  • Room to mentor: this isn't a pure IC role, you'll coach a junior BDR as part of the job
  • A business scaling fast through acquisition, with genuine trajectory for the right person

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role

They're hiring a Senior BDR to drive new business growth across their contact centre and CX practice. You'll:

  • Run outbound prospecting into strategic enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads using structured frameworks (BANT/MEDDIC)
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to execute account-based strategies
  • Mentor junior BDRs on prospecting and objection handling
  • Represent the business at industry events

Hybrid working, two days a week in their London office. This is a senior seat with real autonomy and a support structure, not a "figure it out yourself" BDR role.

You're likely a fit if you:

  • Have 3-5 years of BDR/SDR experience with a consistent track record of hitting quota
  • Have generated qualified pipeline within enterprise accounts, not just SMB
  • Are confident engaging and holding a conversation with C-level stakeholders
  • Have coached or mentored more junior reps before, formally or informally
  • Come from a B2B SaaS or technology sales background (CCaaS/CX experience is a strong plus, not essential)
  • Want a platform with genuine market credibility behind you, not a logo you have to explain

If you're a senior BDR who's outgrown the "just hit activity numbers" stage and wants enterprise deals, real market brand pull, and a seat with some seniority attached, this is worth a conversation.
