Senior Business Finance Centre Partner

6 month contract

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Finance Centre Partner to join a high-performing Commercial Finance organisation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Finance Directors, regional finance teams, and commercial stakeholders, providing critical financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and business partnering support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering financial insight, driving process excellence, supporting finance transformation initiatives, and enabling better business decision-making across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, forecasting, and operational planning activities for assigned markets.
  • Deliver accurate financial reporting, analysis, and performance insights.
  • Support financial submissions, consolidations, and management presentations.
  • Partner with Finance Directors and senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct revenue trend analysis and cost validation activities.
  • Manage complex and ad-hoc business requests within tight deadlines.
  • Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and ways of working.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new digital finance tools and technologies.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior finance colleagues where required.

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred, part-qualified candidates considered.
  • Strong experience within Commercial Finance, FP&A, Financial Planning, or Business Partnering roles.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience operating within complex, matrix, or multinational organisations.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple markets and cultures.
  • Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
