Sparta Global is Hiring a Senior BI Analyst

Sparta Global are hiring a Senior BI Analyst to develop and improve reporting and data products supporting Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), including recalibration, diagnostics and audit reporting. You will work with international business and technology teams to turn complex data into actionable insights, improve data quality and support operational decision-making.

This is a Fixed Term Contract, before a potential conversion to a permanent role, and will require 2-3 days per week on-site in West London, near Heathrow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical applications using Tableau, Streamlit and other reporting platforms.
  • Analyse data in Snowflake using SQL to identify trends, investigate anomalies and recommend improvements.
  • Implement data quality checks, validation rules and audit reporting to improve data accuracy and reliability.
  • Support consistent data models, definitions and governance across reporting solutions.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and create prototypes and proofs of concept to shape solutions.
  • Support adoption through documentation, training and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve reporting and resolve data issues.

Experience & Skillset Required:

  • Strong experience in a technical role delivering data products, analytics or reporting solutions.
  • Experience working in a global organisation and an Agile environment.
  • Strong SQL and Snowflake skills, with experience using Tableau and/or Power BI.
  • Practical Python skills and experience with Streamlit or similar Python application frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data reconciliation, root cause analysis and investigating complex datasets.
  • Experience with data quality frameworks, validation rules, technical documentation and enterprise audit processes.
  • Knowledge of ADAS processes, recalibration workflows, diagnostic trouble codes and coverage metrics.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
