Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

BCMGlobal are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence professional who enjoys turning complex data into clear, meaningful insight.

We’re looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Reporting function and play a key role in delivering high-quality management information, dashboards, and analytical insight across Mortgage Services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong technical BI skills with commercial thinking and stakeholder management. You’ll work with colleagues across the business to understand what the data is telling us, identify trends and opportunities, and develop reporting solutions that support better, faster, and more informed decisions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Take ownership of regular and ad-hoc business reporting, producing accurate and timely daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly management information.
  • Using Power BI, SQL Server, Excel, and other reporting tools, develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions that make complex information accessible and actionable.
  • Analyse operational and performance data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, and customer outcomes.
  • Work with stakeholders and clients to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Validate and reconcile data across multiple systems, investigating data quality issues, and ensuring reporting is accurate and consistent.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes.
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and operational performance modelling.
  • Provide analytical insight for projects, business change, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support regulatory, compliance, and audit reporting.
  • Maintain robust reporting documentation, data definitions, and controls.
  • Present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Share your knowledge and provide guidance and support to junior colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
