Senior BI Developer | Power BI | Advanced SQL | ETL | Data Engineering
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing global sportswear and lifestyle brand house at a genuinely exciting point in its journey.
The business is entrepreneurial, ambitious and moving quickly, with an expanding portfolio of internationally recognised brands and plenty happening across the Group.
But what particularly stands out to me is the culture. It is commercially driven, straightforward and built around people rather than layers of corporate structure. Senior management are accessible, down-to-earth and respectful, and good people are trusted to get on with the job.
It is also an environment where you can make a difference.
Rather than simply inheriting systems and processes that are set in stone, you will work collaboratively with business leaders and colleagues to shape, improve and build the BI systems and data infrastructure the business needs as it grows.
For the right BI professional – a hands-on Senior BI Developer - this means ownership, visibility and influence – and the opportunity to see the direct impact of what you build.
We are looking for someone strong in the engine room of BI: advanced SQL Server, ETL, ERP data, data transformation, semantic modelling, advanced DAX and Power BI architecture – someone capable of owning the data and infrastructure behind enterprise reporting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
