The Senior Business Operations Manager
The Senior Business Operations Manager is responsible for improving the operational structure, reporting and day-to-day governance that help the business run efficiently and consistently. This is a Senior Manager role: it requires strong, varied operational experience, the ability to lead medium-to-large or more complex cross-functional initiatives with some oversight, and the judgement to make well-reasoned recommendations that balance impact, risk and practicality. The role combines revenue operations, business analysis, process improvement, and quality management as part of a broader business operations remit. It works closely with the Head of Operations, the wider Operations function, the Go-To-Market team, and company-wide stakeholders to turn business priorities into clear processes, reliable reporting and practical operational improvements.
Key responsibilities
Revenue operations and Salesforce
- Maintain and improve the revenue operations framework across GTM, including pipeline governance, forecasting cadence, sales process discipline and commercial reporting.
- Your team acts as the business owner for Salesforce and connected revenue systems, ensuring they support current, often high stakes, operating needs, data quality and consistent adoption.
- Support on integration and usage of other relevant systems and how they form the process, such as Planhat and Clari.
- Define, monitor and interpret key commercial metrics such as bookings, recurring revenue, conversion rates, deal cycle, retention, productivity and forecast accuracy. Drive data consistency in both usage and interpretation across teams as it relates to measuring commercial health.
- Document core processes, workflows and data definitions so commercial reporting remains reliable and easy to maintain in Confluence.
- Train and support users to drive consistent usage, reduce process friction and improve reporting confidence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
