A UK multi-currency prepaid card provider is replacing its core card-processing platform. It's a major programme touching almost every part of the operation: customer servicing, card management, finance, fraud, disputes, reconciliation and compliance.

They need an experienced process consultant to map how the business runs today, design how it will run on the new platform, and get the teams ready to switch over. It's a hands-on role at the centre of the programme, working directly with ops, technology, suppliers and senior stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Run discovery workshops and interviews across the business to capture every BAU process, including the informal ones and the spreadsheet workarounds.
  • Produce end-to-end As-Is process maps across onboarding, card lifecycle, fraud, disputes and chargebacks, reconciliation, settlement, compliance and reporting.
  • Design To-Be processes aligned to the new processing and KYC platforms, simplifying and automating where possible.
  • Carry out gap and impact analysis across process, technology, people and system roles and permissions.
  • Assess training needs and support business readiness and adoption.
  • Build the inventory of legacy systems and shadow processes, and recommend what gets retired.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
