Your new company

Our client is a large, customer-focused organisation undergoing significant operational transformation and continuous improvement. They are investing in strengthening key processes that directly impact colleague experience, operational performance, and business outcomes.

As part of this commitment, they are creating a new Senior Product Owner position to take ownership of a critical enterprise-wide incentive scheme. Reporting into a senior operational leader, this role will work across Operations, Finance, Data, IT, and People functions to ensure the successful delivery, governance, and ongoing evolution of a business-critical process that supports colleague engagement and performance.

Your new role

This is a highly visible role with responsibility for the end-to-end ownership, performance, and continuous improvement of a large-scale colleague incentive scheme.

You will take operational ownership of the scheme, ensuring that data, calculations, governance controls, and delivery processes operate accurately, consistently, and reliably. The role requires someone who can bring structure to a complex environment, drive accountability across multiple business functions, and provide clear leadership where priorities, ownership, or governance need strengthening.

Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you will oversee the monthly delivery cycle, identify and resolve operational issues, improve data quality and controls, and ensure the scheme continues to evolve in line with business priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
