Role Description
The Senior Business Psychologist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater London. The role involves designing and delivering psychology-based leadership and talent solutions, including assessments, leadership development programs, and interventions that support people effectiveness and organisational transformation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Designing and facilitating online or face-to-face leadership development programmes
- Conducting psychometric evaluations and interviews
- Interpreting data
- Preparing client reports and presentations
- Delivering feedback sessions with senior stakeholders

The successful candidate will be responsible for project and account management.
The Senior Business Psychologist collaborates closely with consultants and clients to diagnose people and culture challenges, recommend evidence-based solutions, and evaluate impact against business objectives. The role also includes contributing to thought leadership, business development, and supporting the continuous improvement of Peoplewise’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong grounding in Occupational Psychology with the ability to apply psychological principles to complex business challenges.
- Proven experience designing and delivering workshops, group sessions, or leadership programmes with exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Psychometrics, including administration, and interpretation of assessment tools for leadership, team, and organisational diagnostics.
- Consulting skills, including stakeholder management, problem definition, solution design, and delivery of clear, actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
- Experienced in project management and account management.
- Relevant postgraduate degree (e.g., MSc in Occupational Psychology or related field); chartership or eligibility for chartership with a professional body is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights in a clear, business-focused manner.
- Experience working in or with leadership advisory, HR, or people consulting environments; familiarity with data-driven and technology-enabled talent solutions is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects, and maintain high professional standards and ethical practice.
