Senior Relationship Leader

KS Services is an established managed IT services provider with a strong reputation, long-standing clients and a business that grows year on year. We need a senior relationship leader to own our client partnerships and lead the next stage of our commercial growth.

This isn't a job managing a list of accounts. You'll sit across the table from business owners and directors as their trusted technology partner. You'll help decide where our growth comes from, and as the business grows there's a genuine route into commercial leadership.

What you'll own

  • Our strategic clients. You'll build trusted, director-level relationships and lead service reviews, business reviews and growth planning.
  • New business through reputation. You'll win opportunities through referrals, introductions and networking rather than cold volume, and represent KS Services at local events.
  • Commercial outcomes. You'll lead key renewals and negotiations, shape pricing and positioning, and keep an accurate pipeline and forecast.
  • Delivery. You'll work with our technical and service teams so we deliver what we promise, profitably.
  • People. You'll mentor and develop our Account Executive, and set the standard for account planning and CRM use.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
