Senior Business Solutions Analyst - Corporate Services
Southampton / Jersey – Hybrid

VIQU has partnered with an established Corporate Services Provider to recruit an experienced Senior Business Solutions Analyst. The successful Senior Business Solutions Analyst will play a key role in improving business processes and operational efficiency, using technology to deliver effective solutions across a multi-jurisdictional Corporate Services environment. This role would suit someone with strong business applications, automation, reporting and systems integration experience who is comfortable working closely with users, technology teams and third-party suppliers.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Business Solutions Analyst:
- Identify, assess and implement technology solutions that meet business requirements.
- Support and enhance applications used across the Corporate Services business.
- Analyse user requirements and translate them into solutions and system configurations.
- Deliver workflow automation, system integrations, dashboards, reporting solutions and data visualisation.
- Manage system maintenance, upgrades and releases.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
- Support data management activities including imports, reconciliations and report production.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains and cost savings.
- Maintain business solutions documentation, knowledge articles, procedures, FAQs and self-help guides.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Mentor less experienced members of the Technology team.
- Manage the daily activities of assigned Business Solutions resources.
- Participate in interview and selection processes.

Key Requirements of the Senior Business Solutions Analyst:
- At least 3 years' experience supporting and enhancing business applications, automation, reporting and system integrations within a corporate environment.
- Experience supporting a multi-jurisdictional Corporate Services business.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and wider Microsoft Office skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience working within a technology change management environment.
- Experience developing or managing system integrations and knowledge of APIs would be advantageous.
- Experience with complex workflow systems, preferably the IntApp family of products, would be advantageous.
- Experience with data transformation and manipulation using TSQL would be advantageous.
- Relevant IT or Project Management qualification, or willingness to study towards one.
- Strong communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively.
- Experience mentoring or managing less experienced technology resources.

Some weekend work may be required on an ad-hoc basis for system changes or upgrades that need to be released out of hours. This is paid at overtime rates.
