Senior Business Support Assistant

Flexible working location based in the East

£28,002 per annum - National

£30,802 per annum - London

37.5 hours per week

This is an exciting role within Sanctuary Supported Living coordinating and delivering an effective national support service that responds to customer and organisational needs, this role will ensure that the business is supported to meet business, policy and regulatory requirements (including CQC monitoring and reporting.

You will be providing administrative support for this strategic nationwide team. This involves a wide range of tasks from compliance monitoring, managing ad hoc enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, performance monitoring and specific projects all within the Business Support service.

The successful candidate will ideally have come from an administrative background, who is highly organised and with a proven history of managing and prioritising a varied workload.

This is a remote based role, and you will not necessarily be working with members of your own team, so experience working remotely will be advantageous.

Your role

  • Advising and delivering an administrative service in Sanctuary Supported Living
  • Communicating with team members around various regions to ensure standards are maintained to a consistently high level
  • Supporting managers with more in-depth tasks and responsibilities, such as minute taker for HR meetings, high value purchase orders and stakeholder liaison communications

Your skills

  • Experience of working in a similar role within a Supported Living or Customer service setting would be advantageous
  • Knowledge and experience of using SAP and other internal systems is desirable
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • The ability to manage your own varied workload and to work to deadlines
  • A good level of experience and knowledge with Microsoft systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
