About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Business Support Assistant to join Pick Everard's busy Nottingham office. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, and progress on your career journey within a National Construction Consultancy.

This is a varied and hands-on role responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and wider Business Support function. Working closely with the Business Support Manager, you will coordinate workloads, provide administrative and operational support, maintain office facilities and resources, manage stakeholder queries, and assist with business events, meetings, travel arrangements, and office processes. You will act as a key point of contact for visitors and colleagues, ensure a professional office environment, support health and safety activities, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate business records, coordinating office logistics and supplies, and supporting the development and effectiveness of the Business Support team.

The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a consistent on-site presence in the office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
