Our client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to support and enhance a range of business-critical applications. The role will focus on systems administration, integrations, process improvement, automation and stakeholder engagement across the wider business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Systems professional to play a key role in driving system improvements and supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance a portfolio of business applications to support day-to-day operations.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Drive system optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency, user experience and business processes.
  • Support and maintain integrations between core platforms and third-party applications.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring systems remain stable and fit for purpose.
  • Contribute to ongoing transformation projects, system upgrades and the adoption of new technologies.

Key Skills

  • 3-5 years’ experience working as Business Systems Administrator/Manager.
  • Manage and enhance a portfolio of business applications to support day-to-day operations.
