Job Description

Ready to shape the systems that power a global leader? As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and innovative technical solutions.

About the Role

The Business Systems Solutions department manages the lifecycle of our application portfolio, ensuring our technology stack remains robust, scalable, and ahead of the curve. This team translates intricate business requirements into high-performing technical designs, maintaining the integrity of our systems while driving continuous improvement.

You will operate with autonomy, acting as the vital link between business units and technology teams. This role involves taking ownership of complex initiatives, mentoring Junior Analysts, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows. You will ensure every solution is secure, compliant, and perfectly aligned with our strategic goals.

This role is eligible for inclusion in our hybrid work from home policy.

  • Confident in translating business needs into actionable system designs
  • Track record of delivering technical solutions aligned with strategic goals

  • Agile best practices including backlog refinement and '3 Amigos' sessions
  • Proactive stakeholder management across business, technology, and support teams
  • Ability to adapt communication styles for diverse audiences
  • Continuous improvement and change management facilitation
  • Commitment to security protocols and regulatory standards
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, technologies, and project environments on short notice
