We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution
Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission!
The Opportunity:
- Own and optimise Salesforce and key business systems across Sales, Marketing, Support and Finance
- Partner with stakeholders to improve operational processes and deliver scalable system solutions
- Drive automation and AI-powered efficiencies using Salesforce’s latest AI capabilities to improve workflows and business performance
- Work in a fast-paced scale-up environment where you can influence strategy, solve real business problems and make a visible impact

What we need from you:
- Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, configuration and automation experience
- Experience identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Ability to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with experience managing integrations, working cross-functionally and thriving in a changing environment
