Senior Business Systems / Transformation Analyst – Insurance Pricing
Location: UK or US | Initial Contract: 6 months+ | Outside IR35 | £600 pd

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems / Transformation Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering a market-leading insurance pricing solution. This is far more than a traditional Business Analyst position – you'll sit at the intersection of pricing, rating, underwriting, solution design and delivery transformation, helping define not only what the platform does, but how it is implemented, governed and adopted by clients.
You'll work closely with product, engineering and configuration teams to create a scalable delivery model, define operating processes, and support insurers in managing, testing and promoting pricing changes within a controlled and compliant framework.

What You'll Bring
- Strong Business Systems Analysis experience within complex software delivery environments
- Hands-on experience of insurance pricing platforms, rating engines, underwriting rules or product configuration solutions
- Understanding of how pricing teams develop, test, govern and deploy rating logic changes
- Experience defining Target Operating Models (TOMs), delivery processes and onboarding approaches
- Strong systems integration knowledge, including data flows, JSON structures and system interactions
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, drive outcomes and influence stakeholders across business and technical teams

Highly Desirable
- Pricing transformation programme experience
- Exposure to actuarial, pricing or underwriting workflows
- Experience with rules-based or configuration-driven platforms
- Agile or hybrid delivery experience
