We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and improve the Infor LN ERP environment and related manufacturing business systems at our Telford location.

This position will serve as the primary connection between Telford business stakeholders and the divisional IT/IS organization. The successful candidate will work closely with Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution, Quality, and other functions to resolve system issues, understand business requirements, improve processes, and support approved technology solutions.

This role is primarily focused on Infor LN and manufacturing business systems while also contributing to reporting, analytics, automation, and digital-manufacturing initiatives. The position is part of a multinational IT/IS organization and will collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for Infor LN and related manufacturing business systems.
  • Troubleshoot ERP, data, reporting, integration, and business-process issues while minimizing operational disruption.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and coordinate configuration, development, testing, implementation, user acceptance, and training activities.
  • Promote effective use of standard system functionality and consistent business processes before recommending customized solutions.
  • Create and support business reports and operational analysis using approved tools, Power BI Preferred.
  • Maintain system, process, report, and support documentation to ensure knowledge is retained and solutions remain supportable.
  • Support system access, security roles, segregation of duties, audit controls, disaster recovery, and business-continuity requirements.
  • Manage assigned work through established IT/IS intake, prioritization, development, documentation, testing, and change-management processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
