Senior Business Travel Consultant (Galileo) – Reigate, Surrey
A fast-growing boutique TMC for founders and international business, with offices in the UK and New York. We're hiring a senior Galileo consultant to help us scale in 2027.
£37,500–£45,000 DOE + performance bonus
Reigate, Surrey | 4 days in the office while you learn our standards, moving to 2 once you're up to speed
Reports to: Head of Operations
Start: 1 December 2026

We manage business travel for founder-led brands, the creator economy, and corporate clients across a variety of sectors, with a focus on time-critical C-suite international trips. We offer a consultancy-first approach, guiding clients on how to maximise travel as a growth lever, whilst booking and managing all aspects of the trip.
2026 was the year we moved host and built the structure. 2027 is the year we grow. We're launching a members' loyalty club in January, we're expanding our New York presence, and we're hiring ahead of the work.

The role
You'll take on a starting portfolio of live corporate accounts and grow it as new clients come on board through 2027. You'll own those relationships; consulting, quoting, booking, rerouting at pace, and being the person who always finds a way to make their plans work.
What you'll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of corporate and founder-led accounts, growing it through service and referral.
- Quoting and booking complex, often last-minute flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Handling changes, disruptions, and reroutes calmly and fast.
- Using Galileo and Monday.com to keep every file accurate and every client informed.
- Working with the founder and Head of Commercial on new client onboarding through 2027.
What you'll need
- 3+ years in business travel at a TMC or independent agency.
- Proven Galileo experience – we train our standards, not the GDS.
- Strong fares and ticketing knowledge, including reissues and refunds.
- A commercial instinct and genuine care about client loyalty.
- Comfortable in a small, in-person team where your work is visible.
- Able to be in Reigate four days a week initially.
