About the Senior Business Travel Consultant Role
We’re seeking a passionate expert in Galileo or Sabre GDS system solutions to join our Customer Care team, who are key to our success. This role is for those driven by delivering exceptional 7-Star service and reviving corporate travel experiences.

Responsibilities
- Support business travelers with cohesive 7-Star service, effectively managing bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
- Coordinate European and domestic travel—flights, car rentals, and hotels for requests.
- Work independently, leverage your initiative to resolve client queries without constant supervision.
- Engage with clients via live chat, telephone, and email, ensuring every interaction remains professional, friendly, and accurate.
Core Aviation & GDS Responsibilities:
- Perform air fare and ticketing operations, including manual and automated reissuance of tickets.
- Manage travel reservations and amendments for Click Travel’s clients.

Relationship & Quality Focus:
- Proactively manage and foster client relationships throughout the entire travel process.
- Offer tailored travel options and suggestions aligned with client preferences and schedules.
- Adhere to service-level agreements, ensuring Galileo GDS queues are maintained at optimal efficiency.
Team Support & Mentorship:
- Mentor junior team members, assisting with queries and reviewing their work quality.
- Collaborate with Team Leader and colleagues to sustain high service standards.
Requirements & Qualities
- Expert proficiency in air fares and ticketing systems, with a strong grasp of fare construction.
- In-depth knowledge of the Galileo or Sabre GDS—autonomy in reissuing tickets (both manual and automated).
- Exceptional communication skills; fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Prior experience as a Business Travel Consultant (mandatory).
- Strong organization with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Demonstrates friendly, professional telephone manner, maintaining composure during client or supplier interactions.
- Proactive problem-solving approach to resolving customer queries and escalations.
- Adapts flexibly and enthusiastically to support team needs as required.
- Positive and collaborative professionalism with all stakeholders.
- Commitment to maintaining team wellbeing, fostering a culture of positivity.

Working Hours & Contract
- IoS schedule: Fully within standard 7am–7pm business hours (with 1-in-5 weekend shifts).
- Fixed-term: Initial 2-year contract.
- Location: Fully remote, with 1–2 essential in-person days/month at our Birmingham Hub for training/engagement.
Interview Process
- GDS Test – Online
- Talent Acquisition Interview – 30 mins via video
- Team Lead + Team Manager Interview – 75 mins via video
- Final Interview – 30 mins via video
