This is an exciting moment to join us. We've just launched Aeris Business Travel — a bold new brand that reflects our evolution, our ambition, and our vision for the future of business travel. Alongside the brand, we're introducing AerisOne, our new technology platform, and preparing to open a brand-new office in Gatwick. It's a significant new chapter for a business with more than 50 years of history behind it.

The Role
As a Senior Business Travel Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our corporate clients — managing complex itineraries, providing expert travel advice, and delivering the high-touch, personalised service that has defined us for over five decades. You'll work closely with our operations and account management teams to ensure every trip runs seamlessly.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in business travel consultancy
- Strong working knowledge of Amadeus GDS (essential or highly desirable)
- Proficiency in mid-office systems (preferable)
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client service
