Based in our London Graphic Centre Office, Covent Garden with regular travel to Crewe Ryman Retail Support Centre
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the buying strategy for Ryman Own Brand and Ryman Design, creating ranges that excite customers and drive growth.
- Leading product development from concept through to launch, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, packaging and quality.
- Managing category budgets, sales, margin and stock performance to deliver commercial results.
- Building strong global supplier partnerships, with a focus on Far East sourcing and innovation.
- Using market trends and customer insight to identify new product opportunities.
- Presenting strategies and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a senior buying role, ideally within own brand, stationery, lifestyle or consumer products.
- Strong knowledge of product sourcing, supplier management and commercial negotiations.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering against sales, margin and stock targets.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn insight into action.
- Confidence influencing stakeholders and presenting at senior level.
- A creative, commercial mindset with a passion for products and trends.
