You will be joining an innovative, Manchester-based group of SHEIN brands. Our first brand, Musera, was founded in 2023 and launched in January 2024. It quickly became one of the best-performing brands on the SHEIN platform, driven by a strong focus on innovation, trend-led design, and a fast-paced approach to growth.

Role Responsibilities
As the Senior Product Developer, you will be the product innovation and development lead for the MUSERA brand. Working closely with Design, Buying, Merchandising, and Supply Chain, you will ensure MUSERA product has a clear point of difference and strong USP, while remaining commercially viable and contributing to sales targets, margin, and overall brand positioning.

- You will take full ownership of the development of MUSERA’s premium ranges and specialist product programmes, driving innovation across product, fabrication, construction, and finish.
- Lead fabric sourcing across seasonal ranges, trend-led development, and key product programmes.
- Take full ownership and accountability for the fabric management process, from initial sourcing through to development and procurement.
- Deliver a strong mix of innovative, unique, and brand-right product that creates a clear point of difference for MUSERA.
- Work closely with the Buying team to understand trading performance, emerging trends, and key product messages, adapting development in response to sales and customer demand.
- Take ownership of premium ranges and specialist product programmes across MUSERA, ensuring they deliver against quality, margin, and brand positioning.
- Act as a senior product expert within the department, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to more junior members of the Product team.
- Building a well-balanced product range through reactive product development in line with the trend and brand identity.
- Reviewing competitor activity to ensure we are staying ahead of the fast-paced environment.
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity.
- Carrying out tailored fit sessions to ensure commerciality of product and that the product is fit for purpose.
- Responsible for maintaining regular and strong communication with overseas teams.
- Managing collaborative relationships with design and creative teams to ensure we continue to maintain brand identity.

Role Requirements
We would love to see CVs from people with:
- Minimum of 6 years experience within the industry.
- Skilled in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Efficient in CAD development.
- Experienced in fitting alongside or in the absence of a garment technician.
- Excellent knowledge of fabric types and garment construction.
- Strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics, including make-up, across multiple categories.
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in managing junior colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to change and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to travel a minimum of 3 times per year.
