Greenfield Build Global Impact
High Autonomy
How often do you get to contract on high-scale C++ systems that directly improve lives? A well-established, rapidly expanding fintech company is bringing on an experienced Contract Senior C++ Engineer to help accelerate its core platform build.
The company’s mission is driving global financial inclusion—building resilient payment infrastructure to deliver vital financial services and payments to underprivileged and underbanked populations worldwide.
This is a high-impact contract focused on pure greenfield delivery. You’ll take full technical ownership of key backend components, solve complex multi-threading and API challenges, and work alongside a sharp, collaborative core team. Because the team moves fast with zero corporate friction, you can focus on doing what you do best: shipping clean, reliable code that scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
