About The Role
Triad Group Plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior C# Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated software applications utilizing the.NET Core framework alongside modern web technologies such as React, Blazor, and Angular. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet the needs of our diverse clients across the public, private, and third sectors.

As a Senior Developer at Triad, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape by defining, designing, and delivering innovative digital solutions. This position offers the flexibility to work at client locations, remotely, or from our offices in Godalming or Milton Keynes. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or related fields. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of proven experience in software development, particularly with C# and the .NET framework, including .NET Core.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming principles, experience with agile methodologies like Scrum, and familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL are essential. Knowledge of ORM frameworks like Entity Framework, front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and version control systems such as Git is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities are also critical for success in this role.
Candidates must be willing and eligible to achieve a minimum of SC clearance, which requires residency in the UK for at least five years and the right to work within the country.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust C# applications, components, and systems aligned with project requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure high code quality and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify issues, optimize performance, and implement effective solutions.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in web development and software engineering, integrating relevant innovations into projects.
- Document technical specifications, system architecture, and code to facilitate maintenance and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and team practices.
