Senior C++ Developer – Systematic Crypto Trading
London
A leading high-speed HFT firm specialising in systematic trading across a variety of asset classes is expanding its digital assets business. The firm is undertaking a greenfield build-out of a systematic crypto trading platform in London and is seeking an experienced Developer to join the team.
About the Role
As a Senior C++ Developer, you will:
- Design and develop high-performance trading infrastructure for systematic crypto strategies.
- Help build and scale a new institutional digital-assets trading platform from the ground up.
- Work closely with traders and engineers to develop execution and trading capabilities.
- Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of the platform.

Key Requirements
- Experience in an adjacent digital-assets engineering seat.
- Strong understanding of traditional finance and institutional trading.
- Demonstrable experience building or scaling a comparable trading product or platform.
- Strong C++ skills preferred; exceptional candidates from another language may be considered if they can become productive in C++ quickly.
- Background in centralised/institutional digital assets, rather than primarily decentralised crypto or DeFi.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
