Join a sophisticated technology team within a world-leading proprietary trading house that places software development at the centre of its business strategy. This team is responsible for both a trading group and core infrastructure.

The Role

  • Develop and own projects across the entire software stack, from low-level network hardware code to high-performance trading infrastructure.
  • Implement super reliable, high-performance trading infrastructure and develop time-saving internal tools.
  • Collaborate closely with traders, delivering hands-on improvements that directly impact daily operations.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and feature decisions within a flexible development environment.
  • Write production code from day one, taking immediate ownership of critical projects.

What You'll Need

  • Expert-level programming experience in C++ (11/17/20/23) and Python.
  • Strong background in finance, or significant hands-on development experience in other demanding industries.
  • Proficient in Linux environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality results.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
