Join a highly sophisticated technology team in the London office of a leading proprietary trading house that places software development at the core of its business strategy. This team is responsible for both trading group functionalities and core infrastructure.
The Role
- Develop at all levels of the software stack, including low-level code for network hardware and high-performance trading infrastructure
- Take ownership of projects and write production code from day one
- Work collaboratively with traders in a hands-on capacity
- Significantly impact daily operations by improving processes and tools
- Contribute to roadmap planning and feature implementation in a flexible development environment

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Expert-level proficiency in C++ (C++11/17/20/23) and Python
- Previous experience in finance or significant hands-on development in high-performance environments
- Strong expertise in Linux environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality work
