C# Engineer - WPF Component
We are looking for a skilled C# Engineer who will take solo ownership of the WPF component within the Risk Report Management System.
Responsibilities
- Solo Ownership of WPF UI: Take full end-to-end ownership of the WPF front-end component within the RRMS WH platform.
- New Feature Development: Lead the design and implementation of new desktop capabilities, user interfaces, and workflow tools.
- Support & Enhancements: Maintain, refactor, and optimize existing WPF modules to improve performance and user experience.
- Quality & Testing: Enforce rigorous software quality standards, writing clean, maintainable code backed by comprehensive automated testing.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, risk analysts, and tech leads to integrate desktop front-ends with enterprise risk services.

Requirements
- C# / WPF Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience building desktop applications using C#, WPF, XAML, and MVVM architectural patterns.
- Complete Component Ownership: Proven ability to work independently, owning a client-side component from architectural design to deployment.
- Testing & Quality First: Strong engineering discipline with a heavy focus on unit testing, integration testing, and clean code practices.
- Performance Tuning: Experience handling UI responsiveness, asynchronous operations, and data binding in data-dense desktop environments.
