About the Opportunity:

As a Senior Campaign Executive, you will play an important role in the success of our influencer marketing campaigns. You will assist in the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from concept through to delivery, ensuring that each project meets its objectives and delivers excellent results for our clients.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans tailored to client objectives.
  • Identify and select suitable influencers, considering brand alignment and audience reach.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of influencers.
  • Negotiate and secure influencer partnerships, including compensation, deliverables, and contractual agreements.
  • Provide influencers with clear guidelines and creative briefs for campaign content.
  • Review and approve influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate content approvals with clients and ensure all necessary revisions are made.
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all campaign milestones are met.
  • Oversee budgets and expenditures for each campaign to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience planning and executing influencer campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritising an ever-changing workload.
  • Competent writing and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively and calmly under pressure.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics (impressions, reach, engagements).
