Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Own the campaign strategy and plans for your products, driving acquisition and retention across events and digital products.
  • Deliver those campaigns, briefing and managing the internal team plus agencies and freelancers.
  • Write and proofread the copy, tailored to each audience segment and on brand.
  • Own the reporting, from weekly event KPIs and forecasts through to post event analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage the product marketing budget, with support from the Head of Marketing.
  • Use business intelligence, customer data, and feedback to shape new campaign ideas.
  • Manage and develop two campaign executives.

We are looking for a campaign marketer who enjoys the detail and likes watching the numbers move. If you are strong on segmentation, write good direct response copy, prefer testing and learning over guessing, and know how to get the best out of agencies and freelancers, this will suit you. Coaching a small team is part of it too, so there is plenty of scope if you enjoy bringing people on.
