Senior Campaign Manager

Berkshire (Hybrid, 3 days office) | Up to £70,000 + Benefits

We're partnering with a leading multi-site, multi-brand retailer undergoing significant investment and transformation across its marketing function.

This is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated omnichannel campaigns that drive customer engagement, commercial performance and brand growth across multiple brands and channels.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll own campaign planning from strategy through to execution and performance analysis, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on budget and against commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and delivery of integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Creating campaign plans aligned to customer, brand and commercial goals.
  • Partnering with Ecommerce, CRM, Digital, Content, Social, Merchandising and Store Operations teams.
  • Managing budgets, performance, ROI and post-campaign analysis.
  • Using customer insight and campaign data to optimise future activity.
  • Managing agency relationships and external partners.
  • Coaching and developing a Campaign Marketing Executive.
  • Driving improvements in campaign planning processes and ways of working.

About You

Experience within a large, multi-site, multi-brand retail business is essential.

You'll have a proven track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns in a complex retail environment and be comfortable operating at pace, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Strong across CRM, digital marketing and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to translate insight and performance data into action.
  • Agile and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Experienced working across multiple brands and customer audiences.
