The Role
As Senior Campaign Manager, you will help deliver campaigns across the dna ecosystem with consistency, care, and a strong eye for quality. This role is about making complex campaign delivery feel seamless — coordinating internal and external stakeholders, processes, and details to ensure seamless activation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work with brands, retailers, creative, product, operations, and measurement teams to deliver campaigns from briefing to completion, and help build scalable processes and operation models to continually improve delivery and maintain high standards.
- Own end-to-end delivery of dna campaigns, including campaign setup, activation, and in-flight management to ensure delivery against agreed budgets and targets.
- Ensure campaign readiness and execution, validating assets, formats, tracking, and policy compliance, while coordinating brands, internal teams, and retailers to deliver campaigns on time.
- Own campaign status and issue resolution, maintaining clear visibility on delivery, resolving problems, and escalating where required.
- Own quality assurance and campaign documentation so delivery is consistent and compliant throughout the process.
- Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and simplify delivery across repeat campaign activity.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple campaigns and parallel workstreams, adapting to changing priorities, and taking ownership of work beyond core campaign management where required.
- Help scale a significant new entry in the market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
