Amex GBT

Amex GBT is a place where colleagues find inspiration in travel as a force for good and – through their work – can make an impact on our industry. We’re here to help our colleagues achieve success and offer an inclusive and collaborative culture where your voice is valued.

Right now, integrated campaigns at Amex GBT happen in the gaps - pulled together reactively on top of everyone’s day job. We’re changing that. We’re building a real integrated campaign program from the ground up, and we need a senior owner to help lead it: someone who runs ambitious 360° campaigns that reach millions, and who lifts the standard of the whole team while they do it.

This is a senior role at the centre of how we show up to the world across every region. Not chasing tasks and tracking deadlines - but owning campaigns end to end, shaping the ideas, mobilising the people, and building the structure that lets world-class creativity happen. If that’s the work that motivates you, we want to hear from you.

You build the structure that lets world-class creativity happen - turning strategy into a living 360° program, bringing every team with you, and carrying it all the way to impact.

Let’s be clear about one thing

This is a senior program leadership role - but people often confuse that with project management. They’re not the same. Both matter, and this one is built around ownership, ideas, and influence.

And to be honest about it: yes, you’ll scope timelines, spot risks early, and clear blockers before they bite. That operational grip matters - more so at senior level. But it’s in service of the idea and the outcome, never the point of the job. A great senior campaign manager needs both instincts: the creativity to shape an idea and the discipline to make it real. That combination is rare. It’s exactly what this role is built for.

What You’ll Own

You’ll take the lead on one of our five campaign pillars - and everything that brings it to life:

  • Products: Complete · Egencia · Neo

  • Marketplace

  • Services: Experience Studio · Professional Services

  • Events & Activations

  • Brand Campaigns & Sponsorships

  • Your pillars. One of the five above - the campaigns that tell that part of our story, end to end. Each of our campaigns team will deliver against these pillars. Events & Activations being the only exception - here we will have a dedicated Senior Campaign leader.

  • The 360° campaigns within it. From the first idea to in-market across every channel, to the impact it delivers.

  • The one brief. A single campaign brief that every internal team works from - creative, media, web, CRM, content, sales enablement, customer marketing all pointed the same way.

  • The objective. You carry it. You keep the outcome in view and make the calls that get the campaign there.

  • One consistent message. That our story holds true and lands the same way across every region.

What You’ll Do

LEAD THE CAMPAIGN END TO END

  • Own integrated 360° campaigns from intake through launch to post-campaign review
  • Turn strategic priorities from Brand, Product Marketing, Commercial, and regional stakeholders into clear, executable campaign programs, (inclusive of campaign platforms)
  • Write and manage the single brief every team works from - creative, media, web, CRM, content, sales enablement, and customer marketing, all pointed the same way
  • Shape the creative idea alongside our agency partners and in-house creative team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You Might Recognise Yourself Here

This role isn’t defined by a checklist alone. It’s defined by how you think and how you work. You might recognise yourself in these:

  • You think in campaigns, not tasks. You see the whole picture, and where it’s going.
  • You’re creative and operational. Equally at home in a high-level creative discussion and a detailed plan - and you enjoy both.
  • You influence without authority. You hold your own with senior stakeholders, and people follow your direction because it’s clear and worth following.
  • You lift the team around you. You set the standard others follow, and you enjoy helping fellow campaign managers get better.
  • You stay calm under pressure. You manage multiple priorities and keep your nerve on the outcome when things get busy.
  • You’re data-informed and change-agile. Comfortable with performance dashboards, and keen to help our ways of working evolve.

Ideal Experience

  • Five or more years in campaign management, integrated marketing, creative or marketing operations - ideally in a global or matrixed business

  • Strong senior stakeholder management - you hold your own with Brand, Product, Commercial, and regional leaders
  • You manage multiple priorities under pressure without losing composure or momentum
  • Experience guiding or mentoring other colleagues and raising delivery standards across a team

Why this role, why now

This is a rare moment. We’re building the campaign program from the ground up — so you won’t inherit someone else’s way of working. As a senior owner, you’ll help shape it: the campaigns, the standards, and the way the whole team works. You’ll own a pillar of how we show up across every region, work at the meeting point of brand, product, and channel, and build campaigns that reach millions and that the whole business gets behind.

If you’ve ever wanted real ownership - the kind where you shape the idea, lead the people, and carry the outcome, this is it.
