About Everywhere

Everywhere is a creator media company. We partner with brilliant creators to turn loyal audiences into lasting media businesses.

We help creators unlock commercial opportunities across podcasts, YouTube, social, live and whatever comes next. That means opening doors to brands, partners and ideas worth their audience’s time, without compromising the trust they’ve worked hard to earn.

Sometimes we help an existing show go further. Sometimes we build something new together.

Our ambition is to become the world’s most trusted creator media company, helping the best creators thrive everywhere their fans are.

We’re early, ambitious and building with creators at the centre of everything. We value integrity, ownership, curiosity and people who create more value than expected.

The role

You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of creator-led advertising campaigns across YouTube, podcasts and social. That means taking campaigns from brief through to execution, reporting and post-campaign analysis, while managing day-to-day client relationships and coordinating creators, talent reps, production teams and our commercial team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how great creator campaigns get made. You’ll own timelines, briefs, creative approvals, delivery and reporting, making sure every campaign is well run, creatively strong and on time.

As one of our first hires, you’ll also help design the systems and processes behind our whole campaign operation, with a clear path to building and leading a team as we grow.

What you’ll do

  • Manage creator campaigns from brief through to delivery and post-campaign analysis.
  • Coordinate YouTube sponsorships, podcast host reads and social content.
  • Turn client requirements into clear briefs for creators and production teams.
  • Own campaign timelines, creative approvals and delivery schedules.
  • Review scripts, rough cuts and drafts against the agreed brief.
  • Manage feedback between clients, creators and production teams.
  • Track delivery and solve problems before they reach the client.
  • Collect performance data and produce clear, useful campaign reports.
  • Spot learnings and make recommendations for future activity.
  • Build and improve campaign processes, templates and reporting standards.
  • Help shape, and eventually grow, Everywhere’s campaign management function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

About you

You’re an experienced campaign manager who takes ownership of complex campaigns and handles multiple stakeholders with confidence. You understand video-led branded content and sponsorship, ideally from working with creators, podcasters, publishers or production teams.

You know how to balance commercial needs with strong creative work. You’re organised, commercially sharp and calm under pressure. You communicate clearly, spot risks early and take responsibility for fixing problems. You’ll also enjoy working in a startup, where processes are still being built and everyone pitches in beyond their job title when needed.

What we’re looking for

  • Solid campaign management experience, typically gained over three to five years.
  • Strong experience delivering video advertising, sponsorship or branded-content campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience delivering at least one or two of: podcast host-read campaigns, baked-in YouTube sponsorships, or social content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
  • Experience working with creators, podcasters, talent, publishers or production teams.
  • Confidence managing clients and senior stakeholders directly.
  • Experience running campaigns from brief through to reporting.
  • Experience briefing creative teams and managing scripts, approvals and feedback.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and good commercial judgement.
  • The ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
  • The right to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor visas for this role).

Useful, but not essential

  • YouTube Studio, Google Ads or podcast hosting platforms.
  • Creating project management workflows.
  • Campaign usage rights, paid amplification or content licensing.
  • Advertising disclosure, brand safety or compliance requirements.
  • Building campaign processes in a startup or growing business.

This is a rare chance to build a campaign operation from the ground up, work with leading creators and advertisers, and grow into a leadership role as we scale.

  • Company pension.
  • Hybrid home and office working.
  • 25 days’ annual leave, plus UK bank holidays.
  • Office closed Christmas to New Year and Birthday afternoon in addition to annual leave.

Everyone is welcome

We’re committed to building an inclusive company and we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. We particularly encourage applications from groups underrepresented in the media and creator industries.

Research shows that some people only apply when they meet every requirement. If you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t tick every box, please apply anyway. You might be exactly who we’re looking for.

We review every candidate based on the requirements of the role, nothing else. If you need any adjustments at any stage of the process, just let us know and we will make them.
