Role Description

The Senior Campaign Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance digital experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.

The Senior Campaign Manager will collaborate closely with sales, data, product, and creative teams to align campaigns with broader business goals, ensure consistent messaging, and leverage customer insights. The role also includes:

  • Monitoring performance
  • Producing regular campaign reports
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to leadership
  • Continuously experimenting with new approaches to improve engagement and conversion

Qualifications

  • Strong campaign management skills, including designing, launching, and optimizing integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign outcomes clearly.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and initiatives concurrently, with solid project management capabilities.
  • Background in working closely with sales teams to align campaign tactics with pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing or campaign-focused role, ideally within digital or tech-driven environments.
  • Ability to interpret data and insights to inform campaign decisions and performance improvements.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing tasks both onsite and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools is highly beneficial.
