Senior Campaign Manager - Contract 6 Months Possibility to extend

Campaign Management & Client Relations

  • Define and lead the development of client engagement plans and omnichannel roadmaps, aligned to strategic imperatives (SIs) and allocated budget, ensuring all campaign activity is purposefully sequenced to drive measurable behaviour change across priority audiences and value for our clients.
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end OCE campaigns for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory guidelines.
  • Translate client strategic imperatives into actionable campaign frameworks, mapping channels, content, and timing to clearly defined engagement objectives.
  • Design connected user journeys across campaigns, aligned to audience behavioural targets and strategic imperatives.
  • Ensure engagement plans and roadmaps are continuously optimized based on performance data, aligning activity back to strategic imperatives and commercial impact.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand marketing goals, brand voice, and audience to develop effective campaigns.
  • Oversee the development of materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments (e.g., design, digital, content, project management) in a matrix environment to ensure timely delivery of quality campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our Channel Strategists to monitor campaign performance, conduct post-launch analysis, providing clients with data-driven insights and creative recommendations for optimization.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Delivery & Results Measurement

  • Bring your expertise in campaign and launch delivery to manage and execute projects in a way that delivers measurable, tangible results for both clients and huumun.
  • Establish clear objectives and benchmarks for all campaigns, ensuring performance is tracked and results are analyzed to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously optimize campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data.
  • Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to clients and leadership, ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably with a focus on pharmaceutical or healthcare industries (haematology and/or rare disease is a bonus). Experience in a marketing agency setting is highly desirable.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, (or CIM equivalent qualifications).

Skills

  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance metrics and translating insights into actions.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing the day-to-day details of campaign execution.
  • Technology: Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics platforms, social media and advertising tools.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage internal stakeholders in a matrix environment and bring projects to successful completion, ensuring tangible results and effective performance measurement.
