About Oxford Nanopore Technologies

Oxford Nanopore Technologies is headquartered at the Oxford Science Park outside Oxford, UK, with satellite offices and a commercial presence in many global locations across the US, APAC, and Europe. Our goal is to enable the analysis of any living thing, by anyone, anywhere.

We employ individuals from multiple subject areas, including nanopore science, molecular biology and applications, informatics, engineering, electronics, manufacturing, and commercialisation. Our sequencing platform is the only technology that offers real-time analysis, in fully scalable formats from pocket to population scale. This platform can analyse native DNA or RNA and sequence any length of fragment to achieve short to ultra-long read lengths.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Global Campaigns team and lead the planning, delivery, measurement and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns for non-human applications and scientific customer audiences.

This is a hands-on campaign role for someone who can turn business priorities and customer insight into clear, measurable, multi-channel campaigns. You will help ensure relevant, engaging and informative materials reach existing and potential customers in a coherent way, supporting lead generation, nurture programmes and the growth of Oxford Nanopore product utilisation.

The Role

Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Campaigns, you will manage assigned campaigns from brief through launch, optimisation and post-campaign review. You will work cross-functionally with Strategic Marketing, Content/Communications, Digital, Marketing Technology, Events, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial teams and external partners to deliver campaigns that are audience-focused, on-brand and measurable.

You will need strong communication, project management and stakeholder skills, alongside the ability to distil complex scientific and technical concepts into clear campaign narratives. You will also use data and insight to understand what is working, improve performance and apply learnings to future activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
