Senior Campaign Manager (Paid Social)
Fully Remote | Global, Independent Growth Agency | £40,000 - £50,000 | 5% Bonus
About Webtopia:
Webtopia is a global, remote-first independent growth agency, led by twins Tris and Ben Dyer. Tris brings the long-term vision; both are driven by a shared curiosity about how brands grow and what it takes to build something that lasts.
Before Webtopia became what it is today, Tris founded Dyer Digital, working hands-on with DTC brands across performance, creative and ecommerce growth. In 2023, Dyer Digital merged with Webtopia - bringing together shared values, complementary strengths and a bigger ambition for partner-led, long-term growth.
In the early days, we worked closely with founders turning ideas into real businesses. They needed more than execution - they needed a partner who would think alongside them, challenge assumptions, and protect what made their brand special. That's still who we are today, now supporting brands across fashion, beauty, health and wellness, home, jewellery and more. Our work blends creative thinking, data-led strategy and performance expertise, grounded in a belief in people and the brands they're building.
We're a lean team of around 20 people across Webtopia and Oaks. We operate on a pod model: Pod Lead → Campaign Manager → Executive, backed by shared creative, ops and finance resource.
We're social-led and multi-channel - Meta is our engine, Google now sits as a support channel rather than a standalone offer, and we bring in TikTok, Pinterest and Klaviyo where they genuinely fit the brand.
AI fluency is now a hard requirement for this role, not a nice-to-have - we expect you to be actively using AI tools to work faster and smarter across strategy, reporting and creative briefing.
The Role:
As Senior Campaign Manager, you'll be the strategic and day-to-day owner of a larger, more complex portfolio of client accounts — running paid social campaigns, leading the client relationship, and developing the Campaign Managers and Executives who support you. You'll carry greater autonomy in this role, taking on more of the strategic and leadership load alongside your Pod Lead, including deputising for them where needed.
Client Servicing:
- Onboard new clients effectively and efficiently, understanding their KPIs and objectives, and setting expectations around company SLAs
- Deliver insight-led reports to clients to help evolve the media approach, providing strategic feedback and learnings from campaign activity
- Manage accounts effectively, maintaining positive relationships as the front-facing representative of Webtopia, and escalating campaign issues to the Head of Facebook Ads Strategy as required
- Act as a strategic partner to the client - understanding where you and Webtopia fit into their broader business goals, making recommendations on their overall marketing mix, and challenging the client where necessary

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
